New COVID-19 Safety Policies
Body Temperature Check
Everyone is required to have their body temperature check before entering the studio. If a fever is detected or any sign of COVID-19 symptoms is shown, they would be asked to return home immediately.
Keep Your Hands Clean
Everyone is required to sanitize your hands with 70% rubbing alcohol before entering the studio. A sanitizing station is located at the entrance.
Wear a Face Mask
Face mask is mandatory at our studio. Please have one ready or you can purchase one (limited stock) at our studio. If you come without one and we are sold out of ours, you will be asked to reschedule.
Wait Outside
If you arrive early, please patiently wait outside. We have a small patio space outside as our waiting area. Remember to keep a social distancing of 2 meters even when you are outside.
Social Distancing
To maintaining a social distancing of 2 meters, we are limiting the number of people in our studio. Barriers are used between service stations. Facial shields/goggles and face masks are used by our lash artists.
Enhanced Disinfecting and Sanizating
PREempt CS 20 has always been used to disinfect our tools between clients. High traffic areas are frequently sanitized with 70% rubbing alcohol or 500ppm bleach. UV light is used twice daily to disinfect the whole studio space.

It provides a protection barrier against water and oil to help lash extension last longer! In addition, raincoat contains serum allowing natural lash to grow healthier.

During your Visit
Our lash extension services are by appointment only.
This allows us to give you the special attention you deserve without you waiting in line. Before or after your appointment, you may choose to go shopping at Metropolis Metrotown Mall and enjoy the variety of restaurants near our studio.
If you wish to come early you are also welcome to relax inside our studio. During your wait, you can enjoy a complimentary refreshment, such as rose tea, Chinese camomile tea, mountain tea leaf, jasmine tea, and black tea.

We listen to your needs and recommend suitable eyelash extension styles accordingly. We want everyone to walk out of our studio happily and wanting to come back again.
